Hans-Bernd Kittlaus

is the owner and CEO of InnoTivum Consulting which he founded in 2001. Before he was Director of SIZ GmbH (Computing Center of the German Savings Banks Organization) and Head of Software Product Management and Development units of IBM. He provides consulting, coaching and training on software product management and pricing (see Services). His training is based on ISPMA (International Software Product Management Association) of which Hans-Bernd is the chairman.

Hans-Bernd has published numerous articles and books (see Publications). He is Diplom-Informatiker (corresponds to M.S. in Computer Science) and certified as ISPMA Software Product Manager, as Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance CSPO), and as Practitioner of the Project Management Standard PRINCE2. He is located near Cologne, Germany.

In his spare time he keeps himself busy with his family, tennis, literature and his passion – jazz – which he has written about in numerous articles and reviews (see www.hansberndkittlaus.de, in German).

Vibhuti Singh

is partner of Innotivum. He is focusing on software product management and organizational growth strategies, in particular in healthcare, FinTech, and SaaS businesses,. With a career spanning over 19 years, he has held pivotal roles in start-ups, hyper scale-ups, Big Tech, Big 4, and Fortune 50 companies. In past, as the Global Product Officer and Director of EY, where he managed a diverse portfolio and led large-scale, AI-driven innovation projects in FinTech and Healthcare. His expertise encompasses strategic leadership, internationalization, and navigating complex regulatory environments, such as the FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR. His work in GE Healthcare saw the introduction of groundbreaking AI diagnostic tools and the world’s first cloud-connected Ultrasound devices. He also played a key role in the IPO of AutoScout24, restructuring product and design teams, and leading significant M&A due diligence. At eBay, he developed advanced fraud and counterfeit detection systems, and at HERE, a Nokia company, he spearheaded go-to-market strategies in the mobility sector.

He offers consulting, interim management, coaching, and training on software product management, business model transformation, and organizational scaling. His training services are rooted in his extensive experience and are aligned with international standards, including his active involvement in ISPMA (International Software Product Management Association).

Vibhuti holds an MBA from EMLyon Business School, France, graduating top of his class. He has further academic credentials from MIP Politecnico di Milano, Italy and a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Indraprastha University, India. He speaks in multiple languages, including English, Hindi – fluently, French, and German intermediate, and operates globally. He is based in Munich, Germany.

Emma is InnoTivum's assistent.

is Innotivum’s assistant. Emma is responsible for the InnoTivum newsletter, as well as LinkedIn updates, and the logistics and administration for the world-wide training courses we hold. Much aplomb and a grand can-do attitude contribute to her amazing skill to connect and organise. Outside of work, four-legged heroes are a big joy in her life. Emma divides her time between the UK and Portugal, and so she is a VA, virtual assistant.
